President Declares Emergency For Oklahoma

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The head of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Craig Fugate today announced that federal aid has been made available to the State of Oklahoma to supplement state and local response efforts in the area struck by a severe winter storm beginning on January 28, 2010 and continuing.

STIMULUS FUNDING AVAILABLE
The Oklahoma DWSRF Program will receive $31,500,000 from the ARRA to fund construction projects for drinking water systems in Oklahoma

DEQ License Price Change -

Major improvements are being made to your operator license that will streamline the training and renewal hour requirements. Due to unforeseen circumstances the start time for the printing and issuance of the DEQ Operator Licenses will be slightly delayed until July 15th, 2009. Be assured, if you have met all the requirements of the renewal process (fees, affidavit, and training hours) you are a licensed operator for the 2009-2010 year. Thank you for your patience.

Fee Increase Effective July 1, 2009

Effective July 1, 2009, fees for operator certification licensure are as follows:

  • Exam Application fee $62
  • Temporary Application fee $62
  • Non-Certified Helper Application fee $23
